With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, I currently serve as a scheduler and insurance verification specialist for Lyra. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to both patients and my co-workers. My extensive background in healthcare has equipped me with a deep understanding of the importance of accuracy and compassion in patient interactions. My expertise lies in coordinating patient care and navigating complex insurance processes to ensure that our patients receive the support they need. I am passionate about facilitating a smooth patient experience and am committed to enhancing access to vital healthcare services in the Treasure Valley. Outside of work I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending quality time with my family, which includes my husband, two daughters, and our beloved dog.
